Sales terms: All photos are delivered as high-definition files through a private online gallery. Once the images have been delivered and accessed by the client, Tresor Photography cannot offer refunds, cancellations, or modifications to the order.

FAQ

What is the final investment?

Our photography experience has no session fee.

Our artists will guide you for approximately 45 minutes through gardens and the beach, capturing natural and beautiful moments. After the session, we curate and professionally edit the best images so you can enjoy your story at its best.

You only purchase the photos you love. Images are sold individually, and pricing varies depending on the number of photos selected—the more images you choose, the lower the price per photo.

The minimum purchase is 10 images for $250 USD ($25 USD per high-resolution digital image).

We are located at Vidanta Riviera Maya (Ext. 4879) and Vidanta Nuevo Nayarit - Vallarta (Ext. 51336).

when I will see the photos?

Post-production requires a few hours of work by our artists.

If your session takes place in the morning, you will be able to view your photos later that same afternoon. If your session takes place in the afternoon, your photos will be ready the following day.

We will schedule a viewing appointment so everything is prepared and waiting for you in our lounge.

How many pictures will we receive?

The total number of images will depend mainly on the number of people participating in the experience.

On average, our sessions result in over 100 unique and carefully captured images.
